This policy applies to digital products purchased through lognvu.com. Please read it before completing your purchase.

Digital product delivery

Our products are delivered electronically and may include access links, prompts, templates, instructions or downloadable files. Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately, refunds are not automatically available simply because a customer changes their mind after access has been delivered.

When we will review a refund request

We will review requests involving duplicate charges, a verified technical problem that prevents delivery, or a product that is materially different from the description on the sales page. Please contact us promptly and include the order information, product name and a clear description of the issue.

Troubleshooting first

Before requesting a refund for an access problem, please check spam or promotions folders, confirm that the email used at checkout is correct and follow any access instructions supplied with the order. If a third-party platform is temporarily unavailable, we may ask you to allow reasonable time for the service to recover.

Non-refundable situations

Except where required by law or expressly stated by a guarantee on the relevant sales page, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, failure to use the product, lack of a required third-party account, dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, changes made by a third-party service, marketplace rejection, or failure to review the product description before purchase.

AI-assisted product expectations

AI output varies. The product provides planning, prompt-development and workflow assistance; it does not guarantee perfect images, text accuracy, business income, customer demand or publication approval. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting outputs.

How to request help

Submit your request through our Contact page. Include enough information for us to locate the order and understand the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other sensitive credentials.

Consumer rights

This policy does not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. If a specific checkout page offers a written money-back guarantee, that guarantee will control for the stated product and period.
